We are a fully accredited, non-profit, K4-12 school that provides effective learning in a safe, Christ-centered environment. Emmanuel brings over 15 years of experience in offering Christian education in Alamogordo to provide a true alternative for the community. The vast majority of our students not only graduate, but continue on to either college or careers in the military. We provide an expert staff, small class sizes (with an average of a 12:1 student-to-teacher ratio), and individualized instruction to help students reach their fullest potential.
Fully accredited through the State of New Mexico...
Emmanuel Christian Academy is fully accredited through the State of New Mexico and the Association of Christian Teachers and Schools (ACTS). Accreditation is the tool to monitor, assess, and evaluate the standards and quality of the education a student receives. Because of the accountability related to the accreditation process, students and families can trust that the education they are paying for is both valuable and worthwhile.

While a student who attends an accredited school is well on his or her way to receiving a quality education, parents should remember that a school’s accreditation does not automatically guarantee a student’s success. It is up to the individual student to make the most out of the education he or she is receiving!
Curriculum
Approved Curriculum Materials...
Here at Emmanuel we use a combination of well-known, approved curriculum materials. We offer an academic curriculum aligned with national reading, math, and science standards with a Christ-centered focus.
DIBELS & Terra Nova Test...
Every student in grades K5-12 is assessed using the DIBELS Test (for early math and literacy skills) and the Terra Nova Test, and results are ranked on national percentiles.
Textbooks Used...
We use textbooks from A BEKA or Bob Jones University that support our Christian focus and values.
